Low Maintenance and Long Service Life
The measuring system is designed for minimal maintenance and long operating life. Deposits on the measuring windows as well as changes in product colour are reliably compensated. Fused Metaglas measuring windows provide excellent durability, chemical resistance and long-term reliability.
Easy Cleaning and Calibration
The hygienic measuring cell is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Typical calibration and maintenance intervals are approximately 24 months, depending on the application and measuring range.
Robust Design for Hazardous Areas
The NIR LED light source typically provides a service life of around 5 years. Alternatively, a gas-filled full-spectrum measuring lamp is available. With the optional ATEX version, the system can be safely operated in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
Flexible Materials and Process Connections
The measuring cell is manufactured from stainless steel 1.4404 (316L). Standard seals are made of FKM, while FFKM, EPDM or silicone are available on request. The sensor supports DIN flanges, ANSI flanges and NPT connections. Measuring units such as EBC, TEF, FTU, ppm, mg/l and g/l can be freely configured to suit the application.
